We check code structure, architecture, dependencies, exposed secrets, authentication, sessions, data handling, permissions, form handling, API routes, admin access, performance, deployment setup, environment variables, production readiness, maintainability, security risks and whether the project should be fixed, stabilized or rebuilt.
Common findings include a working demo with weak architecture, exposed environment variables, no clear separation between public and admin logic, weak authentication or access control, hardcoded data or credentials, broken mobile or edge cases, no error handling, no backup or deployment plan, unnecessary dependencies, poor SEO or metadata, form spam or unsafe input handling and no clear path to maintain the project.
You receive a risk summary, fix priority list, technical notes, business impact explanation, production-readiness recommendation and suggested next step: fix, stabilize, rebuild or launch with conditions. The goal is not to criticize the build. The goal is to understand what is safe to keep, what needs fixing and what should not be built on top of.
