Aitroniclab builds websites, e-commerce, CRM systems and automation for companies in Latvia and across Europe. What matters to us is not the project itself, but whether the business ends up with more enquiries, less manual work and a clearer view of what is going on.

I have been building IT projects for more than 10 years. It started with websites, then e-commerce and classifieds portals, and later CRM systems, automation, internal intranets and mobile apps.
Before IT I spent ten years in sales. I know what selling looks like from the inside, and I still sell our services myself. Over these years I have worked with many industries, learned their day-to-day problems and found what actually helps.

Understand the business first
We don't pitch a solution straight away. First we learn your business, needs, problems, goals and constraints, and only then propose a solution tailored to your company.

A sales point of view
Ten years in sales means we design systems from the customer's and the salesperson's side, not only the developer's. Every enquiry has to reach a person who will answer it.

We measure the outcome
After launch we check whether the system brings enquiries, saves time or reduces errors. If it doesn't, we fix it instead of waiting for the next project.

Flexible pricing
We adapt pricing to the situation because we believe a well-built solution pays for itself. We aim for long-term partnerships, not a single invoice.
A team, not a one-person shop
Kristaps leads development and systems architecture, and we work with our own specialists for social media, design and print. Website, systems, advertising and brand materials can be handled in one place.
