Website project scope planner

Eleven questions about your situation, goals, systems and scale. The result is not a price. It is the list of building blocks your website needs to bring customers, why each one is there, and what the monthly care would cover so you know what you are paying for and why.

PLAN THE SCOPE, NOT THE PRICE

What would your website project consist of?

Answer as things are today. The planner recommends the blocks a custom-built site needs for your goals, marks which are optional, and shows the care plan that keeps it working afterwards.

HOW IT DECIDES

The blocks follow from your answers, not from a package list

Each block is included for a reason you can read next to it.

  • Enquiries by email or in a spreadsheet add an enquiry flow and, if there is no CRM, a simple one to receive them.
  • Parameter-based pricing adds a calculator; a shop adds e-commerce with stock sync when you keep stock elsewhere.
  • A new market or a second language adds a multilingual structure with correct hreflang.
  • An existing site adds a migration that keeps the addresses and traffic you already have.

WHY MONTHLY CARE

A site built once and left alone loses value every month

Browsers, search engines and platforms change; so does your business.

  • Security updates and monitoring keep the site safe and online without anyone remembering to check.
  • Search Console oversight catches lost positions and adds pages where demand appears.
  • Conversion improvements turn the same traffic into more enquiries over time.
  • A monthly report shows exactly what was done and what it produced.

HONEST LIMITS

What this planner does not do

  • It does not give a price. Any number without seeing your content, systems and industry would be a guess, and we do not sell guesses.
  • It plans a custom build. If a template site is enough for you, we are not the right partner and the result will not pretend otherwise.
  • Duration is an orientation. It assumes decisions and content arrive on time; most delays in web projects are waiting for those.
  • It does not replace the first conversation, where the scope usually becomes smaller and sharper than the questionnaire suggests.

Questions about the planner

Why is there no price at the end?

Because an honest price depends on things a questionnaire cannot see: your existing content and systems, the complexity of your pricing, how many decisions are already made. We prepare a concrete proposal after the first conversation, with the scope you saw here as the starting point.

Do we have to take the monthly care?

No. We recommend it because a site nobody looks after drifts back into security and visibility problems within a year. If your team or agency maintains it, we hand over documentation and can keep only monitoring and a support window.

Can you work with our existing CRM or shop?

Yes. We connect to Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive and most systems with an API, and we design the data flow so each record has one source of truth. Where a system does not exist yet, we set up a simple one as part of the project.

What happens to my answers?

They stay in your browser until you choose to send the result to us through the contact form. We do not store questionnaire answers otherwise.
